Ubuntu 10.04 OpenLdap admin password

To change the admin password in ubuntu you will need to change in the file below as well as the user (cn=admin) in the database

/etc/ldap/slapd.d/cn=config/olcDatabase={1}hdb.ldif

Or both logins will work :(
