Joomla UTC bug

IT seem that Joomla hard sets date/time to UTC +- 0 wich has a negative effect on some addons such as RSEvents.

I was able to fix this for a customer by removing “date_default_timezone_set('UTC');” from the following files

/utilities/date.php
/administrator/components/com_admin/models/sysinfo.php
